I ordered frontline on 12/3, tracking shipment said to arrive on 12/12, it is 12/13 and I emailed them just asking where it is, because the tracking says delivery confirmation, but they rep said it was still in transit "Due to Weather" I live 4-5 hours from NY, and I have not heard of any weather issues, and I looked up NOAA to see if I was missing something ... NO SHE LIED!!! I will NOT use this company again, yes they are the cheapest, but you get what you pay for!

I love the website as they have good selection of products and very quick in fulfilling and shipping ordered items. They also seem to have a very good system obtaining prescription approvals from the vet, takes them less than 24 hours, which is much faster than if I were to do it myself. So in general, very user friendly and great customer support!

I really was impressed at their shipping times. I had used someone else before and waited longer. I also like their extra savings plus the rebate. This is my new shopping site for animal products.

Great website. I love that they have their own rebate that they give on their site. It makes the pet meds that much cheaper! I love it. I buy there all the time!

I shop several pet stores for a supplement my cat takes and usually buy it from PetCareRX because I find the best deal there. Package arrives in days. I have never had any problems.

I very much appreciate the twenty per cent discount I received when ordering Frontline for cats, since it is pretty expensive for me, having ten (formerly strays and all neutered, of course!). I also like the six per cent rebate! I think the website is easy to navigate, too. I will order from them again.
