I've ordered from Brookstone several times. I've received excellent customer service every time. When I received a damaged item, they shipped a replacement item overnight.

I only made the one order with Brookstone for an item that was to be a gift. Sometime later, I received a letter that the order had been canceled, the item no longer available.
Well, sorry Brookstone but how can you expect customers to trust you with their information when you cannot even maintain your own product database?

I enjoy shopping at Brookstone because they have items you do not see anywhere else. Also, I believe their quality shows through in their products. I purchased their stackable bins earlier this year, for example, and they arrived not only quickly, packaged well, but best of all they were easy to assemble and fit in perfectly in my living room. My most recent purchases, also, are very interesting including a little clock that "bobbles" that I will use in my bathroom and a bathroom rug made from bamboo. I do think their products are a bit more expensive, but they are good to excellent quality and that says everything to a "smart shopper."

I found a great birthday gift at Brookstone. It was very easy to shop at Brookstone. The amount of details available for the products is really great. The pictures of the merchandise are clear and the simple layout of the website is very inviting.

Coupon code not honored. Customer service refused to make any adjustment when detected by customer. Therefore, discount was not allowed and dollar amount ultimately charged to the credit card far exceeded the internet transaction confirmation.

Brookstone is a great website for those hard-to-find specialized items. I've made one purchase from this website and had no problems. Prices are average but the customer service was good. Shipping was prompt. Overall, I was pleased with the service from this site and I would use them again if they had the item I was trying to find.
