Joann always has plenty of items to choose from. Their website is pretty easy to use. You can get some really good prices when using the coupons and their clearance.

I really like JoAnn Fabric stores but have never ordered from their online store until now. There was a lot of fleece on sale with a special going on of free shipping! Great deal! I ordered quite a bit of fleece and received it very quickly. Fabric is of a high quality & I couldn't have gotten a better deal if I had gone to the actual store. I'll be checking this site out often!

Customer service is very friendly and helpful. There is a big selection of web only specials. If you use a coupon on top of rebate you can get better deals than in the store. Be sure to sign up for mailing list to get coupons!

I liked that there were some items that were free shipping. They also had good coupons, like free shipping for $25.00 spent. They also have a free shipping club which sounds good. Overall, I had a good shopping experience. I would definitely shop from Joann again.

JoAnn.com is super. Like most stores, you have to be sure you get a sale because their full price for many items can be excessive. Luckily they often have 50% off sales. Their customer service is exceptional. Last Christmas I ordered an item and it didn't show up. I called customer service and they immediately sent a replacement that I received in time for the holidays.

This is a great craft store. The discount coupons they have are great. They shipped my items immediately and packaging was good. They have a wonderful selection of sewing items.

JoAnn is a great resource for crafters out there. Their regular prices are always in line with those of other stores, and they are always running sales and have great coupons, so if you're looking for an expensive craft item, just a little patience will often give you an opportunity to get it at, for example, 40% off. They also have a free shipping club which is worth looking into if you are a crafter. Their shipping does tend to be a little slow, but as long as you know that, it isn't a problem.

I love JoAnns for all my crafting things. They are one of the only complete online craft shops that sell everything I need and have great sales. I would recommend JoAnns to any crafty person, and they have super fast shipping too!!

Joann's had a selection of the items I was looking for. However, I didn't like that I had to order my items and my gift card in two different orders. I think that you should be able to order all your items and gift cards as one order instead of multiple orders.

Joann's always has coupons which are great. When they have free shipping it is good to buy bulky things that are a pain to schlep to the car. The selection is not generally as good as in their stores but some things are only available online. It is a good idea to check them out.

It was a pleasure to order from this company and I liked how they offered other sales/specials that dovetailed with what I purchased. The cutting grid I ordered was less expensive than what a friend told me they sold for. The free shipping and handling coupon was an extra incentive to order online.
