I really didn't have good experiences with this store. I kept ordering clearance slippers, only to find they were not available. This wasn't told to me until several days after ordering. In the meantime, money was debited from my checking account. It took several more days to have my payment returned. I also ordered another pair of clearance slippers and was sent the wrong size. I had to contact customer service again for a return mailing slip so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping. My cost was refunded, but not my shipping. Wrote to customer service for a refund of the $9.95 shipping. I shouldn't have to pay to ship the wrong size. I was promised the money back on my cash card, but it never was. I probably wouldn't shop here again. Too much bother. I easily ordered a similar pair of sale slippers at Kohl's.

I am from Florida so more used to Bealls Department Stores. I like when Boscov's has coupons for a free $10 gift card for every $50 you spent. They run those coupons every 2 months. That is 20% off and Mr. Rebates gives you back money too. I no longer buy inside a store when the best deals are via the internet with rebates. Thanks.

Boscov's has great items that I haven't found at other stores. Their selection of toys at low prices is really cool. I am able to stock up on birthday gifts for my children's friends without breaking the budget.

Even though I felt that ordering from Boscov's is a bit of a struggle, it is well worth it. They have an eclectic selection of products, some at unbelievably low prices. I've stocked up on products that I didn't really need but bought anyway since they were discounted over 60%-70%. The shipping and service were excellent and I would highly recommend the Boscov's shopping experience, especially their door buster sales, where you never really know what you'll find, but it's sure to be good quality and a name brand.

I was very pleased with their prices and product selection. The website could be a little more user friendly. There wasn't enough sub-searches such as by size, price, etc. Overall though they had a very good selection and I was able to get a lot of my Christmas shopping done in one transaction.

I live on the west coast so have never been to Boscov's. Still it's become a bit of a tradition for me to do some holiday shopping from them each year. I often find things (or brands) that are not available in this area .
I've had two problems with delivery. One time an item was not in the box even though the delivery page said it was included. I called Customer Service to report this. It took awhile and couple more calls to get the item -- they told me it was due to distribution issues at one of their sites. However, Customer Service was unfailingly helpful and the item arrived.
The other problem was that my order was so slow last December, I did not receive it until it was too late for me to do the shipping I need to do for Christmas gifts. Again, Customer Service was polite and tried to be helpful, but heaven only knows where the box was. This is probably due to my having qualified for free shipping, and it took weeks to get here.
These things said, I'll be shopping at Boscov's over the Thanksgiving week-end again this year.

I love Boscovs online shopping and also shopping at their store.
If you go to their auditorium at the store or the outlet/red hot deals online, you can get very nice quality merchandise. If you watch, most items go on sale eventually.

Boscovs has great prices on items and a nice array of items in most categories to choose from. The only thing that was a little difficult was finding the sale items in the midst of all the other many categories of items. On most sites I shop, I have the ability to search sale items only or by price. Maybe everything is on sale at Boscov's. But overall I must say my experience was great. Again, I must say Boscov's has great prices. But I would have never known about Boscov's if it were not for Mr. Rebates.

I bought my mother-in-law a set of 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets for less than half price at this site! After much research at other sites for pricing, quality, etc, decided on trying Boscov's. This was my first purchase at their site and I was a little skeptical, since the sheets, although priced just right, were still expensive for my budget. I was pleasantly surprised ~ the quality is unbeatable, the shipping was fast, and she loves the sheets! The site was easy to maneuver as well as a quick checkout, too. I love their photos and how the site is setup. They have great sales and nice recommendations for other items.

I shop Boscov's for discounted department store clothing and shoes. You can find great sales and deals. The only thing I find negative is that they will ship from several different stores, depending on where they find the merchandise so when you go to return, it says to return the items to the store listed on the receipt. Therefore, if you want to return multiple items you have to pay to ship to different stores! I did that the first time and the second time I just shipped it all to one store and didn't seem to have a problem. I would highly recommend shopping Boscov's for great deals on things you would find at a mall department store. Also, check out their outlet center. They had a great deal on my Noritake china.

I order from Boscovs.com on a regular basis. One time shoes did not fit. I could not find the receipt to return the shoes to the store. I called Boscov's and they sent me a new receipt. Boscov's is great!
