Macys is a great place to shop online. They have a vast selection to choose from. You can find great deals on sale merchandise as well.

Macy uses the cheapest shipping method and charge the highest shipping rates and USPS always takes longer to get delivered so I would switch my carrier. I would not keep the same items in your juniors department up so long. I am a big fan of Le Tigre and wish you had more of a selection.

Macy's is a great site to shop online. They have a great selection of items and regularly have great sales. I received my order within three days of placing it! I will continue to shop with Macys.com.

Macys has been around forever. Macys.com is an okay shopping experience, but not like shopping in their brick and mortar stores.
I've never had the need to contact customer service, so I can't rate that. Their website could use a re-vamping and they could add more products. More coupons would be nice, too.
Overall, it's fairly easy to navigate, sales are good and I always receive my orders, though shipping might be a bit slow. I've never needed to return anything.
If they have what you're looking for, I wouldn't hesitate to order from them, but it would be nice to see this site spruced up a bit.

I had problems with them on the phone when I had a question about my order. Their online system and follow up is great. I also registered with Macys and their service was exceptional.
