I can always find what I need through Lancome.com. It's a lot less time consuming to order online than it is to stop at the mall. I love all the freebies and free shipping events that they offer.

When you click to order, it should go in your basket, not have another page come up then "add to basket" .
You can sometimes find discontinued products here.
The company could respond faster to their glitch in the system.
No shipping charges when you're a Lancôme member and there are usually free samples.
