Good quality and fast shipping, nice to have live chat support in case you have any question when ordering online. I like the outlet products, same quality but much cheaper. It's better they can put more stuff in outlet section :D

First, I would like to say that my customer service experience with SONY was superb! They were most helpful in helping me pinpoint a delivery date. My husband wanted to be home for this delivery as it is a large purchase for us. The customer service department was most helpful in helping us do this. We are expecting our new TV this week and look forward to it! Thank you.
