Buy.com is truly an internet superstore. They offer many brands of electronics, computers, software, DVDs, CDs, books, cell phones and much more. They offer many shipping and payment options, and they are rarely out of stock on items. They often offer sales and will send you emails regarding their specials. I highly recommend this internet site.

I have always had good shopping experiences at Buy.com, and this time was no different. I intended to purchase a digital camera and a corresponding pink case for my daughter's birthday. While shopping around, I found other resellers had much higher prices and usually didn't have both items. Buy.com was the only seller with both of the items I wanted at a good price. After the order, the case arrived within two days, but the digital camera was shown as "Still Processing". I became a bit concerned the digital camera wouldn't arrive in time, so I contacted Buy.com's Customer Service and was assured the camera would ship within the next day and would arrive in time for the birthday. I'm pleased to report the camera arrived in time, and the birthday was perfect. Thanks Buy.com!

Usually the lowest price, except for little-known sites I don't take a chance on. Shipping is prompt and beats confirmed shipping time. Available means available, with no "sorry this item is out of stock or on backorder."
Every item delivered intact and has a sku or ISBN to match manufacturer or publisher.
Very Pleased: Even beats Newegg on shipping time, price and service.

Buy.com is very comparable to Amazon.com. I had been looking for a specific Brother laser printer for a while. Buy.com had a special on it and offered the best price. It was extremely intuitive to order from and again, the product selection was great. I also appreciated the group deals that were offered by Buy.com as you picked your products. I plan to buy from Buy.com again and would encourage others if they have not.

Good prices and several rebates offered for software. They also offer other sites to look at for items. Have not had any problems buying through buy.com, always use their free shipping if available it usually arrives in 2 to 3 days (depends on what warehouse they ship from, but they have several). I would recommend buy.com to my friends and family.

It is very easy to order on Buy.com, with items delivered promptly and always as ordered. They send me regular e-mails with the "Deals of the Week" highlighting special deals, making it easy to take advantage of outstanding rebate offers. Frequently these deals end up with the items being free or under $5.00, and still they qualify for free shipping. I have rarely had to pay for shipping of any items from Buy.com.

Buy.com has better prices for books than many other online stores. The selection could be better though. I don't like the fact that many of their coupons are reserved for new customers only. It seems to me that their loyal customers should receive the same coupons. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Most of the time everything is shipped on time.
I placed an order more than a month ago, for an item that showed to be in stock, and it wasn't and is still isn't in stock a month later.
Since then there has been few other incidents, when I purchase some items which there where in stock and they weren't.
Seams that they are misleading customers with items that show to be in stock, when they actually are not.

New customers receive discount coupons for their purchases, although current customers don't. Very competitive pricing, even have other online retailers prices listed (even if their price is higher). They offer a 10% discount from Amazon.com's price on books. Shipping is pretty fast with most items received before the date they tell you will receive it. All in all they have a great but smaller (than Amazon.com) selection of products.

My service with Buy.com was very quick and easy. My package arrived much sooner than the 3-5 days they suggested. When my product was defective, they paid for return shipping both ways and I received my new product very soon after. Thank you. Will shop again. The prices are sometimes cheaper than Amazon, especially with school books.

This is an excellent online e-tailer offering a wide selection of products and very competitive pricing. They ship very quickly and almost all items offered for sale are usually in stock.
