Great, fast shipping and reasonable prices, this is why I keep coming back to Buy.com. The only flaw that Buy.com has, is the HUGE difficulty reaching customer service via phone or otherwise (phone number is not published) and SLOW email replies to customer service inquiries.

Easy to do business with. My only frustration has been that not all items have free shipping. When I had to do a return, they sent a pick up without any hassles, and I had my new product in hand the same day that they sent the pick up!

Buy.com is a great place for electronics shopping. They compete with Amazon on many products. Their pricing is always competitive and sometimes they even tell you how much the product is selling for at competing merchants. They often have sales and coupon codes. You can also pay with Google checkout.

I comparison shop for all books I buy. Buy.com is often the lowest price offered. Even if it's a bit higher than Walmart, I'll choose Buy.com for ethical reasons. Their free shipping is great when you buy at least $25. However, their shipping costs for books when the total is less than $25 is prohibitive -- definitely higher than their competitors. Other than that, I think they're great!!

Using the retailer's web site to place an order was not easy.
After I found the product I desired, I could not use Google checkout even though the web site indicated it was available.
I was able to find a telephone number for customer service through a Google search after discovering that Buy.com does not list one.
When I reached customer service for Buy.com in India, the people I spoke to were very polite, but the information they provided was incorrect and useless.
Eventually, after much persistence on my part, I was able to use Google checkout, despite the lack of help from the retailer.

Buy.Com has the wildest selection of stuff on the internet and sometimes unbelievable prices. I can get copies of the book we published last year cheaper than with the author's discount. In addition to the usual computer stuff -- USB drives and the like -- I bought the Kidd commentary on Posidonius. Roman stoic. The post office managed to misplace both volumes. Buy.Com looked into and set me another pair. I was Berkeley this summer and none of the serious academic stores had this set.

I recently purchased a Brother P-Touch label machine. Great discounted price and free shipping special. I received the machine and additional tape packs in 2 days even though they promised 3-5 day delivery.

I have used Buy.com for years so when looking for college textbooks this is the first place I looked. Of course Buy.com easily beat the price of all other online retailers and also had free shipping. What else can I say, great as usual.

Buy.com is one of the better online retailers. Often they have lower prices than others. They are good at price-matching for shoppers (at request) and great at returns for products that are arrive and don't work properly! I will continue to shop with Buy.com

My order got here super fast and shipping was free to boot. Buy.com has really good deals on tech and software items. They are always having sales and specials so check back often. The one thing they could improve is the ease of finding items on their website. If you do a "search" for an item you will have to sift though a large amounts of "hits" to find what you are looking for.

Buy.com is a great place to buy electronics, books music, and software. They have a great store that is easy to order from. Once the order is placed the items are shipped very quickly. My order was filled and shipped in 12 hours. Great service by the Buy.com team!

Good prices although you can find better. But the product selection is good, and the reliability is excellent. I've purchased a number of items from them and have never had any problems with the accuracy of my order or the timeliness of shipping and delivery. I had one item that had a problem and their process to get an RMA was simple and easy, and they applied a credit immediately upon return of the product. Sometimes reliability and performance is worth not getting the absolute minimum price.
