Overall they are good, but sometimes slow to answer emails. Prices are decent and the company is reputable, but they are usually not the lowest price. The 7-10 day shipping often comes in less then 7 days.

Buy.com is one of my top places to purchase from. They have excellent pricing on most products that combined with free shipping makes them the best deal anywhere. Their product search (and results display) could use work however, it is sometimes difficult to locate what you want, and searches often do not turn up products that they should. The order process is smooth, and delivery is always much faster than anticipated.

I really enjoy shopping at Buy.com. They always have the games, books and DVDs I'm looking for and usually their prices are better than other sites I've looked on. Their policy of free shipping after spending a certain amount makes them even better and they ship quickly. I would recommend them to everyone!

Buy.com has some of the best prices on items that I was looking for on the Internet. It was easy to find what I was looking for and the free shipping on many of the items sweetened the deal significantly. The items have arrived quickly and the communication has been excellent for tracking my order electronically from shipment to my door. I'll be buying more from Buy.com.

You can find some really good deals but act fast because the prices will go quickly. I have had some problems with the shipping department, I am still waiting on orders from 3 weeks ago and as of today the item says in-stock. Great selection and a wide variety of items.

I've been using Buy.com for several years and have always been pleased with them. Their selection is impressive, and their prices are very competitive. I used to shop at Amazon for almost everything, but now start at Buy.com (where I usually wind up making my purchase). They have a fairly new feature where they'll display alternative places to purchase products that you're looking at... a nice feature, though Buy.com usually has the lower price.

This was my first time shopping at buy.com, and I had a great experience. I was shopping for books, and they had the best price I could find, by several dollars. Plus, I was able to use Google checkout and receive a promotional $10 discount on my $30+ purchase. I normally buy books at Amazon.com or half.com, who I have always found to have very competitive pricing, also; however, buy.com beat out Amazon by several dollars, and have very close pricing with many half.com prices, when you take shipping charges into account. However, you do need to order $25+ at buy.com to get free shipping and the best deal. Otherwise, their shipping is a little on the high side. I will definitely be checking out buy.com more in the future for books, electronics, toys, etc.. I only wish they sold clothing, also.

I had a pleasant experience with Buy.com. They have a good selection of merchandise and excellent pricing. I only wish that the coupons they post on Mr. Rebates were for returning users as well as new customers. I could have had some great if the coupons were not limited to new customers only.

This is my third time buying from buy.com. The prices are competitive and they have free shipping, so that’s a plus. Recently they teamed up with Google checkout and that gave even better deals since they have a $10 off $30 coupon. Never had a problem with uy.com. Easy to shop and great deals.
