I've used Tracfone for over 5 years now and see myself as a future customer for a long time to come! They have come such a long way in their customer service area. Service is reliable. Prices are reasonable. Shipping is fast and affordable.

I've used a tracfone for 10 years and am thoroughly satisfied. The coverage is second to NONE. They've gotten better and better and their prices can't be beat. I got a camera phone, 820 minutes and a year of service for $99. ($89 with Mr. Rebates.) In the past when I've used customer service they've been great. You can't go wrong with a tracfone.

I purchased the buy 400 unit, 1 year card, and received 200 bonus minutes and a free camera phone! Great deal! I was able to transfer the unused minutes from my $20 Tracfone and keep the same number. Customer service needed to do the transferring of the old to the new, and they were great! I have also called Tracfone customer service for questions I had when I purchased my 1st Tracfone as I had never used a "cell phone" before. Awesome Store!

The site is okay for buying minutes, etc. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. It seems you have to wait forever to get any kind of resolution for a technical problem. The "no contract" is great for someone who doesn't use the phone a lot or need a lot of minutes. I just wish they could do a better job when you have an issue that needs resolved. I have had a lot of problems with technical support!

I love TracFone. I have been using TracFone for close to five years and have never had a problem. The prices, ease of use, and customer service are great!!! It is the only cellular phone service that my family and I use.

I have ordered two TracFone's via TracFone.com and they both arrived in record time. I just bought airtime for one of them and it couldn't be easier. Just enter the 24 numbers and my 250 minutes appeared on my TracFone just like that. I just hate to get locked in to a contract with so many penalties if you cancel before the end of it. That's why I love my TracFone!

My husband and I have had Tracfone's for one year now and we both love them. We enjoy not having a contract and if we run out of minutes, we can purchase them whenever we want to, not when someone says pay your bill. I enjoy the freedom very much!

If you don't want to get locked into a long-term contract, TracFone is for you. The initial cost to get started is really low. Make sure you get a referral from someone before you actually sign-up. With a referral, you can get an extra 120 minutes and 60 additional days for free. Just go to eBay and search for TracFone to find a referral.

I have been with Tracfone for over two years. The selection is great and they have great sales on phones and purchasing minutes all the time. It is the perfect phone for me because I do not live on my phone like my daughter does, which is why she has a plan with unlimited minutes! Thanks for the great service!
