Absolute horrible customer service. I wanted to get some note cards printed for my art business, consisting of downloads of paintings I have done. No problem downloading the picture, but when I tried to 4 lines on the back side of the card, it would only allow me to one line. Once I left that screen, I couldn't return to it (to edit it) at all. I called Customer Service three times. In every case, I had trouble understanding the rep's English (I think the reps are in India, but it could be anywhere in the world for all I know). The first rep was able to do what I requested. Unfortunately, I should have asked her to do the other cards, because I was never able to replicate what she did. I called two more times, had to wait at least 30 minutes while they "consulted" someone on my question, and in those cases, the reps were not able to replicate the results I wanted. This company is inexpensive (relatively speaking), but I would recommend not using them for anything more than basic printing needs. And, if you need to talk to Customer Service, GOOD LUCK! YOU'LL NEED IT!

I ordered some stamps for my office and they arrived on time. Ordering was not so easy with our logo, but I figured out after a few tries. I love the prices and deals.

I first heard about Vistaprints through the blog site Cruisecritic.com. We are avid cruisers and I read that we could get t-shirts printed to my specifications for a great low price through Vistaprints.com. After I ordered our custom designed t-shirts I also took advantage of some of the freebies they offer, like free business cards and a magnetic door sign. For just the cost of printing for those items, plus the low per unit price of our t-shirts, how can I go wrong? The t-shirts and the other goodies were delivered very quickly and they are GREAT! I will most certainly order from Vistaprint again.

If you don't mind having a Vistaprint logo on what you order, then get the free stuff. I highly doubt you'll be able to find cheaper than just shipping costs. They make you click through a lot of ads, but who can argue with free?

The pricing is good. The delivery is prompt. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends.

I love this store. I buy all printing needs from them. I bought invitations to my daughter's birthday and I needed to change the location the day after I ordered them. I had to pay the shipping, but they refunded me the money and I was able to order ones with the correct location. I get all my inivitations printed there. It is so much cheaper and time effective to have them print the invitations, than it is to buy them and hand write them in.

I am grateful that I found Vista Print.
Everything I've ordered has been terrific, exactly what I expected when I ordered from them. The one time a mistake was made and it was corrected immediately.
I found the website a bit of a challenge at first, but once I got the hang of it...I now zip right through whatever I need them to print for me...so don't get discouraged. Follow directions (It does make it easier).
I have found the quality outstanding. and things arrive in a timely manner. I use Vista Print for everything I need printed.

I love this site. You can customize anything you want to your own specifications. They always have a nice selection of their own art work to choose from or you can upload your own information.

I had some problems navigating their website. I had to repeat and backup so many times to change something. However, after a few hours of ordering my Christmas gifts, I think I have a pretty good idea of how to navigate their website for the future.
