I've used Choice Hotels a few times & will use again in the future.
Booking a room for a family 8 can be challenging, I've booked over the phone & by way of the internet and have had no problems. I like being able to get a % back by way of Mr. Rebates.
Customer service was so very helpful when we were on vacation and our travel plans were changed & we needed to find a room over the phone. They helped me find 2 rooms in the price range I wanted. It was so nice to have them compared the available options for me, especially since I did not have access to a computer.

I think it is good to have a store that offer different hotels to choose from and at the same time you can earn points for free stay. Not bad. They also give you discounts. Try the internet user's rate when you make a reservation and it is cheaper. Good luck and have a nice stay.

Very user friendly to book online. The staff was very friendly and helped when needed. Also the hotels we stayed at were clean and nicely kept up. I would recommend them and plan on using them in the future.
