Ross-Simons has beautiful jewelry at very reasonable prices! Their site is easy to use, and you can also find estate jewelry on their site. Since they always seem to having a sale of some sort, it's hard to gauge when to buy so that's my only word of caution. If you're going to buy an item without a % off or some deal on shipping, wait a bit... you can do better.

I have shopped with Ross-Simons for years and have been more than pleased with the quality of their products. I do wish they would include the clearance in their site wide sales. Knowing what is on sale and which is not can get a little confusing sometimes. I still visit their site often and will continue to spend too much there I love Ross-Simons!

Due to their somewhat high prices, I usually only order from Ross-Simons when they are offering a sale or special discounts. Fortunately, they have frequent sales. They have beautiful jewelry which is packaged well when shipped. I always receive my items within a week of ordering.

I made an online purchase, got a gold ring with emerald that was on sale, had to contact a customer service, got great help from them, people respond fast and want to be helpful, such a rare thing these days. It was very nice shopping experience.

Ross-Simons have some really unique jewelry items at very reasonable prices. They carry many other higher-end gift and household items such as flatware, porcelain figurines, and china. Their products tend to be priced very well, and I've always had a good experience with shipping and with returns when necessary. My only real difficulty with them is that it can be tough to find items listed in their paper catalog on their website, and items are often backordered. This is not a major problem in most cases, and I continue to shop with them whenever I'm looking for the types of items that they carry - especially jewelry!
