Prices are good. And I have several local shops listed that will install TireRack tires. But the very best thing are the reviews.
Previously, I was at the mercy of local shops or family and friends for advice when picking a tire. Consumer reports is ok too, however they only test NEW tires. A tire may perform completely differently when it is 50% worn out or 80% worn out. I LOVE the reviews on TireRack with the miles traveled. It has helped me pick out good tires the last few times I had to buy tires.
Again, the prices are good too, better than locally and no tax.

I found some Korean tires for my Saturn, I never would have even considered them but they have great reviews and are cheap. And my Graspic DS-1 snow tires really are great and also cheap and long wearing.

I love the Tire Rack. This was my second purchase and it was executed flawlessly. Before making my purchase I called one of their service advisors to try and find a good replacement for my SUV tires. They recommended an excellent tire which was $100.00 less than the tires I was originally going to purchase. They also have lightening fast delivery (1 to 2 days). I highly recommend considering them for your next tire purchase.

Awesome shop! First of all, the selection of tires in the size my 02 V6 Accord needed was huge. I was shopping for Michelins ($160 a pop) but after reading reviews of other tires and detailed comparisons and ratings on their site, I settled on an inexpensive Kumho Ecsta. Price was unbeatable ($50 each; $263 for all 4 shipped with road hazard). They drop shipped it to a Tire Kingdom near me who installed it on the same day within an hour and that included oil change. By the way, shipping was fast 2 business day! Overall, a great experience. I would definitely shop there again and recommend them to my friends.

Tire Rack has a great selection of tires for my car. It is easy to compare the tire's performance characteristics to help choose the tire that's just right. Prices are very competitive and shipping is fast. I would definitely use them again.
