They are very helpful. My vet won't fax in prescription but they held the order for me to send it in by mail. Great savings over vet price!

This site offers wide selection of preventive medicine products (flea and tick, heartworm preventive) for dogs as well as various vitamins and supplement chewable at competitive prices. They process orders quickly and send you an e-mail with the actual tracking information. All done without leaving your armchair!!

I have used 1800PetMeds for years through 3 dogs and 2 cats. This year I notice they are price-matching with other sites to remain competitive. Their fees for prescription medications are not bad but I have met with resistance from 3 different vets over providing prescriptions for my animals. Free shipping helps when your order from them and delivery is prompt.

The store offers great prices for animal medication. No problems ordering my items from the website. They were not able to contact my vet, even though I entered in all of the information for them for the prescription. Seems if they do not have it already in the system, you have to contact your own vet to get the prescription sent. First half of the order came in a very timely fashion.

1800PETMEDS.com has a great selection of pet products. I have 20 pets, so I am always looking for the best deals, which I usually find at this store. Prices are excellent, shipping is FAST and they routinely offer coupons and free shipping opportunities. I recommend this store highly.
