Ordered a 4290 Roomba Discovery SE Robotic Floor Vac (black/scheduler) - it arrived 4 days later (weekend involved in that timferame.
Great packing, easy ordering, AWESOME product guarantees.

Customer service is excellent! I made a typo in my address, and they called within an hour to double check what I had entered. The product came quickly and in perfect condition, and they offer a lifetime guarantee on all products! I personally haven't had to use the lifetime guarantee, but I have heard that they are very quick to replace any faulty products. Based on the lifetime guarantee and their customer service, I would highly recommend HS for any product that has the potential for breaking!
