I started shopping at Lane Bryant a few months ago, and am very happy with the clothes. I love the styles, and the prices are reasonable. I usually purchase clothes for work. My favorite item so far is the "right fit" pant.

Sometimes online selections are less extensive as in the stores and prices tend to be on the high side. I have gotten a few of the wrong items, but customer service has cleared it up easily enough. I do think some of the orders take a longer time to receive than necessary, especially compared to other sites.

Pretty good shopping overall. There was a good selection. When I had questions, I emailed customer service, and they responded promptly, even on a Sunday. I would buy online from them again in the future.

The prices are excellent if you use coupons from Mr. Rebates or if you sign up via Lanebryant.com for their coupons and use them. This can bring down every price you pay by 1/3 or more! But if you pay the going rate, I don't think the prices are as good.

The quality is pretty high, they ship at a decent speed, and returns are as easy and free as going to your local store and showing your receipt. They claim there's no deadline for refunds.

Lane Bryant is a store you can always count on to have current trends in quality clothing. A negative aspect would be the high pricing. Some of the clothing is high priced with given the great quality, but others i.e. undergarments, jewelry, and footwear, I feel are way overpriced. On the flip side, I can always count on a sale to brighten my mood. Thanks.

Although the selection is fairly small, there is a variety of apparel to choose from at Lane Bryant. The clothing is geared mostly to plus size women. The plus size clothing they provide are far more trendy and "youthful" than most plus size choices.

I have ordered from Lane Bryant several times. The selection online is often better than it is in the stores. I have been very happy with the quality of clothing. It is also very handy that you can make returns to the store instead of having to send them back.

I love the selection they have! Items include casual, athletic, business, dressy and intimates. They also have a fantastic line of accessories. The only downside is that I have had some problems with the shopping cart feature (it pulls up past orders occasionally when I am trying to check out) but you can't beat there selection and sales! They regularly email coupons if you sign up for their contact list.

Customer Service has always been excellent! I prefer shopping in the actual store but the convenience of online shopping will keep me visiting their virtual store.
