I shop at Petsmart monthly. I love their products and I think their prices are great. With the discounts and free shipping offers, you can't go wrong. Shipping is sometimes slow, but not always. Great customer service also.

Website says items are instock and ready to ship but takes over a week to get an e-mail stating item is cancelled to to out of stock and after a week no items have arrived. In stock should mean instock and it shouldnt take a week to find out otherwise.

Shipping was painfully slowwww..... Took 16 days for an in-stock product to arrive! Petsmart is also using FedEx Smartpost, your package travels FedEx to the US post office, your mail carrier then delivers your package. This must be a really cheap way for them to ship because I had another company use the same slow method. 16 days is ridiculous so I won't order from them again.

Free Shipping is offered frequently. Also rebates and % off coupons. This store does not charge FOB on larger items, so that is a bargain.

The product delivered was better than expected for the price. Delivery was prompt even during the Christmas season. They have good online descriptions with pictures which make it easy to order.

Petsmart has really great prices, and I was happy with the selection of food available for purchase. They added a surcharge for the shipment for the heavy food, but the cost of the food was less than I pay at the store here, so it only ended up costing a couple extra dollars than I would have paid (without the hassle of getting to the store to get it!!) after using the free shipping coupon.
The ordering process is simple, and the order was shipped quickly so I'll definitely be shopping with PetSmart again!!

Definitely can be a little pricy compared to other stores. The products are great though! They have good, detailed product descriptions. They are accurate also. This is a great store to do business with.

I have ordered from Petsmart for almost 5 years. Occasionally, an item is out of stock. But overall it is a great company to deal with. They have fast shipping.

I have been a customer of Petsmart.com for many years. My dog is very discerning in his selection of toys and treats and Petsmart caters to his needs. They carry the unique bones, toys, and treats that my dog loves. Their dog bed selection is excellent and the beds I have purchased have been of very high quality. My orders all arrive on time and they have good order tracking. Their selection of gifts during the holidays is quite vast and you can be sure to find something for the pets and pet-lovers on your gift list.
