I found the store's website very easy to navigate and was able to find the cartridges I needed very quickly. I also appreciated the Value Pack deal they offered for the ink I was buying. I also liked the recycling option.

It is very easy to order from 123InkJets.com. There website is very well organized. For example, when I order my ink jet cartridges from them, I only have to click on the Dell brand name. It shows me the printer name and what I can order for this printer.

I have only ordered from 123inkjets one time. They carried the hard to find cartridges for my Brother Color fax. The pricing was so reasonable, I also ordered cartridges for my two inkjet printers. Shipping was very slow, after 10 days the order had not been shipped; I ended up buying ink for the fax at my local office supply store. On the Brother cartridges the ink looked and moved like it was much thinner; the machine had a problem recognizing the ink had been changed but the printing seemed ok. The printing on the HP cartridges was excessive, bleeding onto the paper. I have not tried the Epson cartridge but given the quality of print on the HP, I do not plan on using it in the Epson photo printer.

I feel silly giving an all 10s review but I really am that pleased with 123inkjets. I've been a customer for many years and have ordered upwards of 100 cartridges. In that time, I've had just a few that were unsatisfactory and customer service replaced them immediately. I've used them for fax toner, credit card machine ribbon, inkjet, copy machine and laser toner. I've also purchased off-brand photo paper and affordable cables (Ethernet, etc) from them. Granted, most of my personal purchases (some I mentioned were for companies I've worked for) have been used mostly for plain black and white printing and mild color (few photos) so it's hard to go wrong there. Once in a blue moon I feel that the ink runs out sooner than it should but at the prices they offer, one can hardly complain. I think the cables are the best deal though--less than $10 for considerable lengths of cable!
I do wish their free shipping still used priority mail, but a few extra days is a small price to pay to keep the savings. I highly recommend them!

Excellent prices on replacement cartridges. Although they are not the manufacturer's original cartridges, the prices can't be beat. In addition, the 20% rebate is excellent and the store frequently has coupons available.

I was very dissatisfied with the ink cartridges from this store. They did not work well in my computer. The colored ink cartridge did not print true to color and the black came out grayish black and blotchy. When I contacted customer service they were not helpful and said to return the cartridges. Why should I have to pay to return defective cartridges?

I have actually ordered from 123 Inkjets before and have always had a good experience. Their website is easy to use and they give good service. I am surprised at how quickly they get my order ready to be shipped, and they notify me by email when it will be shipped. Great Service!

123inkjets.com's site is very easy to navigate and has a very structured feel to it. Finding what you need and getting through the checkout process is quite effortless. Prices are the lowest around, especially if you stock up. I've owned several different brands of printers and after comparing prices around the net almost always came back to 123inkjets.com. They extend one year product guarantee on your ink purchases offering refund or replacement on defective items. I never actually returned anything yet but knowing I could gives me a great piece of mind especially when ordering more.
In addition, once you join the store's mailing list they constantly send you great promotional discount codes and gift with purchase offers giving you even more savings. Highly recommended!

They have great prices on printer cartridges. This company is also environmentally responsible in that they include a pre-paid bag to return your used cartridges. Their delivery is very prompt and I haven't had a single problem with them.
