I appreciate the wide selection of products offered. My only complaint is the shipping costs are entirely too high...$8.00 to ship a beach towel which is ridiculous! Overall I'm pleased with my purchases.

I had a terrible experience with an MLB.com order, and would honestly, never place an order from this store again. I attempted to purchase a Christmas gift during a promotion they were running, and in the end, ended up short an item on Christmas morning. Without going into too much details, somehow my order never actually made it into their system, even though I was sent a confirmation. When I called to check, I was given a different answer by the numerous customer service agents I spoke to. I was told I could pick another item for overnight shipping, but nothing they had on their site was actually available. I cancelled my order, and even called back to verify that it had been cancelled. Lo and behold, the supposedly cancelled item arrived the week after Christmas. Then, I was left with the hassle of sending it back and getting the refund on my card. The entire process was a total nightmare.

If all goes right then no problem. I have ordered from them many times, but when something goes wrong they are not very helpful. When you e-mail them you get cookie cutter answers every time. You better have your order number when you call because good luck getting them to find you in their system. My package was lost in transit. I was told to call back in 14 business days then they would it lost and give a refund. I did call back and was told I would get a confirmation e-mail and a refund. After 10 days nothing so I called again and was told that I would have to wait another 30 days so they could give DHL time to attempt to locate the missing package! It was only $32. but they won't refund or reship so I am waiting another 30 days and then we will see. Customer service is lousy when something gets lost in transit. Most places will replace the item (especially such a low price item) to keep you a happy customer. (I am a long time repeat customer) but not MLB. I will not be back after this treatment.

My only real problem was that an item was listed in the Big Summer Sale and then was not available. If it isn't available, why is it even advertised? Very annoying. Other than that, my MLB.com experiences have always been good. I wish things were going as well for my team.
