I ordered from this store was charged before any shipping took place and then was told repeatedly that my shipment was ordered only to find out that they canceled my order and did not process my credit for 3 days after cancelation. upon numerous phone calls and emails was I able to receive my credit - ALTHOUGH they should have never charged me to begin with as they did not have the item I ordered nor did they ever ship as they stated.
