Great diet! I did feel it was a little misleading regarding 3 meals per day menu. I still had to buy a lot of fresh produce which even though very good for me made it very expensive for me. For that reason, had I not been so happy with the program I would have not made the financial sacrifice.

They are very easy to work with and buy from. They have a great selection, so you can choose the food you like best. Also, any food that you get and don't like, you can send back any remaining packages of it and get refunded. They have a lot of online support to help you stick with the diet and get the most out of the experience. I'm beginning my second month on the system, and love it!

I didn't receive my free week of food and am now being required to fax the coupon/voucher in order to receive it. I don't fee this should be required of me. However, overall I have had very few problems with my previous orders and the exchange/return policy on the food is a great!
