The jewelry values at JTV can't be beat and their prices are the best. I've bought from other channels and when the item shows up on JTV it is always considerably less. I do the bulk of my jewelry purchases with JTV and have only returned a few of the items. Their pricing can't be beat by any other channel and I enjoy that they don't sell anything else other than gem stones and jewelry.

I have enjoyed many items I have purchased and have been able to make gifts to give to my friends and family. If it necessary to return an item, they make it very easy for you. You can use the same package it was sent to you in. They give you an easy stick on return address. I am sure I will purchase again from Jewelry Television.

Ever since a friend told me about Jewelry Television over a year ago, I can’t imagine making my fine jewelry purchases anywhere else! They carry a great selection of beautiful gemstone jewelry, from the birthstones to the rare gemstones (for example, tsavorite garnet, morganite, apatite, etc – gemstones that I had never known existed until I started shopping there). They have price points to fit every budget and frequently offer special free shipping days and coupon codes.
I have had no problems returning items or getting price adjustments. I did, however, had a slight problem with one of my orders. One of my orders was cancelled due to unavailability, but a customer service representative called to apologize for the inconvenience and offered me a 20% coupon!
I do agree that pictures on the website could be better. I’ve purchased some pieces based on what I had seen on my television set that I probably would not have considered from looking at pictures on the website. I prefer to make my purchases online, because as another reviewer stated, the shipping for phone orders is high and is dependent on your item price unlike the website. Also, web purchases qualify for Mr. Rebates rebates!

I love this company. I have had no problems finding products. The ease in purchasing or returning is phenomenal! The customer service panel is equally competent. I have recommended this sight as well as Mr. Rebates to quite a few people.
I will remain a faithful customer forever.

Great prices overall on fine jewelry and gemstones. However, the shipping and handling charges on phone orders is too high (>$8.00). Internet S&H charges tend to be more reasonable (=$5.00)
Quality control for products sent to customers could be better (e.g., frequently items are sent out that have missing stones or other quality and workmanship defects)
The customer care department has been helpful in resolving issues overall.

Great prices and great customer service. JTV tries very hard to please it's customers, maybe because it's not the biggest TV shopping channel, but it's refreshing. I REALLY appreciate that JTV doesn't only offer coupons to "new customers only" like some of the other shopping channels. I do, however, wish JTV's site had more and better pictures of the jewelry.

Ladies look no further to shop for jewelry or gem stones. This is the best company going to save big money on fine jewelry. Don't waste your money going to jewelry stores in the malls. Shop here and you can buy more for your buck.
