This is the best online floral store that I have ever purchased from. The flowers are always there at exactly the time promised. I always get the same response from people about how beautiful and fresh the flowers were. They also have the best prices of any online florist. I have ordered from ProFlowers numerous times and will continue to do so because of the great selection and prices.

I was not pleased with the flowers, balloon or candy that were ordered. I thought the flowers would be received arranged, but were received in a box and you have to arranged them yourself.
The candy was stale and the balloon was damaged on one side. The box was delivered by UPS and the flowers received in the box were very hot.
Customer service did offer to send new flowers but I said no and cancelled my other order with them.

ProFlowers offers a wide variety of products for many occasions. Not only do they have prices that beat most other options, but they also include a vase with each shipment making them an even better deal. They have a terrific system for communicating each step of the process from order confirmation, to order fulfillment and shipment.

Ever since my first order was delivered, I will never go anywhere else. I have ordered over the internet and never personally seen the flowers, but people I have ordered them for and their friends did nothing but rave about the flowers and how long they lasted.

The product arrived as scheduled and was very fresh...the flowers lasted a week. Great updates from them...I received an e-mail stating that the order was accepted, one stating that the flowers had shipped and one stating that the order had been delivered...no wondering whether the order arrived or not. I like that feature very much. There is a very good selection of flowers on their website.

I appreciated the lower priced items they had available. Also, the big rebate on Mr. Rebates made me choose ProFlowers over other vendors. Also I appreciated the emails for each stage of the process, order, pickup and delivery.

The product selection from Proflowers is top notch and prices are reasonable.
I ordered carnations on Friday and they arrived on Monday afternoon as promised.
Packaging was well done and the free vase is a nice bonus.
I will definitely use Proflowers again.

I have ordered several times from proflowers.com and have not been disappointed in the quality of the flowers. The pricing is good when you compare it to other flower shops. They can ship almost anywhere since they will also go through local florists. The added vase is always nice so whom ever is getting the flowers don't have to worry about a vase. I would recommend proflowers.com to my friends and family.

The recipient thought the flowers received were excellent quality. There were adequate flower arrangements to fit every budget. The flowers arrived on the exact day requested, which is not what I have experienced in the past from other florists.

These are the most beautiful flowers you will ever see. I have sent five different flowers for thank you's, birthdays, to a nursing home, and everyone is stunned by the beauty and long-lasting stems. Can't imagine flowers looking beautiful for weeks and received individually wrapped? The colors and the choices of flowers are spectacular. If you want to make an impression this will do it for you. AND this site has a related site for cookies and confections. The cookies and cakes are absolutely to die for----another real treat.

I ordered 18 roses for my mother through ProFlowers. Their site was easy to use. The flowers were shipped in a box with the vase. When my mother received the roses there was one that had been bruised during shipping. I emailed ProFlowers and they sent 18 replacement roses free of charge. I will definitely do business with them again!

I ordered my mother flowers from ProFlowers for mother's day, and she loved them! She said they arrived ready-to-bloom, as promised. There are plenty of flower arrangements to choose from, and as long as you don't order the day before Valentine's Day, the flowers are usually available. The found the shipping costs to be a little high, but no higher than any other online flower store. The only negative about ProFlowers is that after you order from them once, you get plenty of spam from them. On the plus side, though, the e-mails usually offer discounts.
