I needed wallpaper for a bathroom and a staircase, and started with samples, which arrived super fast. I did all the shopping around, and the prices at AB&W couldn't be beat. I ordered, and the site seemed to balk at my order code. I called customer service, he pulled up the order, fixed it in a second, and added a discount for my trouble (as if it was really trouble!)
Several weeks later, once the wallpaper was applied, I got nervous that I didn't have much extra of one of them - if anything happened, I didn't have enough to repair. I called customer service, I was put on hold while they called and checked to make sure they had the same dye lot so it would be a perfect match, and in no time at all, she was back online, and the paper arrived a few days later.
They've been equally responsive and attentive with all sorts of questions regarding blinds, matching/coordinating fabric for wallpaper, etc. They are great!
