I haven't bought or worn any Just My Size brand name clothing, but I've found exactly what I want in other clothing products. JMS does offer lingerie at a lower price than most. They have good sales -- my only gripe being that there's the usual retail price, then JMS' usual price. They'll tell you that they're having, say, a 25% off sale, but it's 25% off the full retail price, not their usual price. Returns have been quick and easy.

The selection of available products is good. However, they tend to have fewer of the 3X items in stock and are a little picked over right now in terms of the sizes. I think their shipping costs are too high, and I usually wait for a special on shipping before I order.

I am a first time orderer with this company. The site was easy to use, however, when I wanted to add to an item, it was a little confusing as to whether it really computed or not. I recieved confirmation to my order right away. I have yet to recieve my order so do not know about the quickness of the delivery.

This store has good sales prices. In my experience, they ship quickly and send the correct items. They appear to stand behind their products. This is a quality organization.

I just recently placed my first order with JMS, and was pleased with the overall experience. Their selection of merchandise is not large, but they have an excellent selection of sizes. If you are looking for petite sizes, even in larger sizes, check them out. I just loved one of the decorated fleece shirts that I got!!!
