Overall, I would say that they are OK, but I wasn't especially impressed with the entire experience. They are pricey compared to other tea sites and stores. I've been a tea drinker for decades and I've bought teas online and in stores in the US, Asia and Europe.
They have a decent selection of teas and some of their tea accessories (pots, etc) are quite good. However, their teas are expensive compared to other sites and I don't appreciate some of their pricing policies: for example they have a "free shipping over $50 policy" which is not technically true (I had a gift certificate for $5.00 given to me and I ordered an additional $45.00 of teas to get their free shipping. I was told that I had to order $50.00 worth of products, since the gift certificate is not counted as part of the order.) I know that the other tea sites do not do this and while I may go back to them again on occasion, they will not be my primary choice for teas.

They initially did not have the tea that I wanted to order. I had to wait 2 weeks before they had it in stock. Price wise, they are a little expensive. But overall, I was able to make my order and get what I wanted.

I like their teas and the selection very much. My only negative comment would be that they are pricey. I like that they offer samples, so that you can try a tea without spending a fortune.

So far I have ordered the sampler for myself and as gifts and each one arrived quicker than any other product from other sites. Not only that, but also the contents-----a ceramic pot and four kinds of teas-----are very impressive for such a reasonable price. I had a customer service question and received an email within a few hours. I would recommend this site (and have) to all tea lovers!
