I would have rated them a little higher but their main drawback is the slow shipping. Sometimes they will take 3-4 days to ship out an item, but other than the slow shipping they have one of the best prices on electronics. If you don't need things in a hurry this place is just as good as any top online retailers. One great thing about Buy.com is that they usually offer free shipping of items less than $25.

Buy.com has the worst customer service of any online company that I've dealt with. Everything is fine if the order goes smoothly. If there are problems, you are likely to be in trouble.
If the price is close from Newegg or Amazon, I highly recommend selecting them due to their quality customer service.
