Great store and awesome customer support. It was easy to navigate the website, do search, and place an order. Items arrived quickly, however did not include any free samples (all other websites that I have ever used to order any type of beauty product always included a free sample of something.) My only concern is high prices and lack of meaningful promotions to incentivize customers to make a purchase directly from them rather than going off to buy something else elsewhere.
