I recently ordered custom made parsons chairs from Ballard and they arrived in record time. They were beautiful! I have also ordered Ballard's shelving for my laundry room and to use as a mantle and have no complaints.
Wonderful company with great products and great customer service!

Great products but a little pricey. Coupons through Mr. Rebates helped. The website can be a little strange in some browsers, but overall, ordering was OK.
