Worst excuse for customer service.
My order was placed, card charged immediately, never got any shipping info from therm.
5 days of emails ignored.
Got someone on the phone who said order is backordered, and was otherwise too idiotic to help me.

Horrible customer service! Cancel orders without explanation or even informing customer. Do not respond to customer service emails. I wish I had looked up reviews on them before placing an order...there are very few reviews out there, and the majority of them are bad (the good ones are clearly placed by the company itself). Would not recommend Max & Chloe to anyone!
