The products I purchased at LeapFrog arrived very quickly and I am very happy with the great deal I got on everything. They had such a good sale along with a coupon code for free shipping too.
I have to lower my overall rating for this store though because a couple of items were obviously returns. One of the movies was not sealed in shrink wrap, it was just open. The other item was a Didj Carrying Case, and it had WRAPPING PAPER and TAPE pieces on various spots on the box. It obviously was a gift for someone, they opened it and returned it...then it was shipped out to me. The item itself seemed fine, but they should have at least taken the wrapping paper bits off first. The movie was supposed to be a gift, and I obvously can't use it for that since it is opened. I did not return anything though because it was so cheap it wouldn't even be worth paying the shipping to return it.
But... the rest of my shopping experience was good.
