Target.com has a ton of products with free shipping on many items. Unfortunately, the item I purchased wasn't free shipping eligible. I've always received items quickly and with no problems.

I have no complaints about Target online. Ordering is easy and prices are generally good. My experience with online customer service is good too, and a lot better than their store customer service, which can be pretty bad. Right now I have a digital phone system on advanced order, so we'll see how that goes, but so far so good.

Keeping it all in perspective, it is a Target after all, but it's a pretty good Target. The only gripe I also had issues returning stuff on my registry without a receipt. And the customer service lady was not helpful . Sometimes members of the Target team are super nice and helpful and sometimes, they are rude and crappy. It just depends on who you get. The selection is good. I like to buy my nephew toys here as well as garden gnomes and Christmas stuff. Sometimes clothes. NEVER food. I just don't trust it. Certainly better than Walmart. Walmart is cheap for a reason and all those reason are bad. My conscience isn't entirely clean shopping at Target but is certainly more clear than if I were shopping at Walmart.

Overall, this was an excellent experience. Purchased barstools and a blender and received free shipping on everything (including tracking). Items arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. I was very happy with the service and selection. Highly recommend!

I love Target. I go the store about every weekend. Online I have purchased big, heavy items and get them shipped right to my house. I only do that when they are having free shipping though.

The website is put together nice, although sometimes the search engine is cumbersome. Too bad brick-and-mortar stores websites are priced to be the same as the in-store instead of competing with lower priced internet stores. If there were more coupon codes available or free shipping on all items it would help.

Initially, it was fine. The price was competitive... what drew us to Target was your link, Mr Rebates with the extra savings.
Then we discovered it took them 10 days to process. We put in the order on Dec. 3, and was not acknowledged until Dec 12 re the shipping (unbeknownst to us) and now the delivery date is Dec 18 to Jan 3rd (which I think will not make the Christmas deadline). I may need to change the overall rating to even lower. If I weren't anxious about giving these gifts as timely Christmas and were told to expect 4-6 weeks for delivery, which is unusual the over all rating could be raised.

The only problem I had with Target is that to return an item you have to go to there web site. to get a return slip and to see weather the item you order can go back to the store, or if you have to send it back via mail.

I am not particularly a Target fan, but the flannel sheets that I ordered for my Aunt were very nice and at a good price. Most of their stuff is not to my taste. For some reason, I was never given credit for one of the orders that I place with them through this site. It was for video games. I guess they have some sort of restrictions. Disappointing.
