Most items I want to buy are in stock at my local store and the store personnel are very helpful. Some strictly web stores are slightly cheaper but if I don't have to wait to get my items, save money, and get my Mr. Rebates credit, it's a winner for me.

Items ordered were not ready when we got there, so they gave us a gift certificate...which worked well for us...they then got our item ready...and we left as happy customers, once again.

They make the process very easy. Good website. Like the reviews of the products. Helped me make my decision. I could have bought the item for less at other sites. However, this is a gift and I like that there are local brick and mortar stores in the area, so it can be exchanged easily if it's not exactly what the person was looking for.

I have no complaints with my purchasing experience with CircuitCity.com. I received email notification throughout the purchasing process and I received the product one day early. I am thankful that I have not had a need to interface with their customer support department.

Bought an item on Black Friday/Saturday weekend. It was a little difficult to find the item I wanted online and but eventually was able to get it for good price with rebates. The item has not yet arrived but I chose the standard shipping rate.

I was able to order online and pick up my order the next day. It was easy and quick and I was able to use my AAA coupon to save additional money. It sure saved me a lot of time and trouble of waiting in line at the store. I have found their site very easy to use and a time saver.

I always get my orders from them unlike some other retailers who will sell the product in-store even after you have placed your order, I hate that. They actually pull the product and really set it aside for you. Shipping is now free only on orders of $24 and up which still isn't bad. Shipping time for me was 4 business days, pretty good for the free shipping option. Also I have never had any problems with their rebates.

The whole process was painless and easy except when I called to schedule delivery. The first time I called, I wasobviously speaking to someone in a different country who had trouble hearing me and put me on hold a couple of times before I got disconnected. The woman I spoke to when I called back was really helpful, though, and everything went smoothly. The TV arrived safely and was set up without fuss.

The purchase was easy and they had what I wanted. They always have really great sales and in the past I've had a great experience with their customer service. The only thing that I don't like about Circuit City is that most of their sale items involve rebates so you get your money months after you purchase the item and it is possible to foget the rebate and not really get the price that you thought you did. But overall, I was satisfied with my purchase and it was even better going through Mr. Rebates because I got a 10% coupon as well that I wouldn't have gotten if I had purchased it through the store directly.

I DRIVE 45 MINUTES TO PICK UP MY INTERNET ORDER. I PICKED UP MY ORDER AT STORE LEVEL BECAUSE MY ADJOINING STATE HAS NO SALES TAX. I WAS TOLD AFTER STANDING THERE FOR 20+ MINUTES THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE ITEM. THEY OFFERED ME A $24 GIFT CARD. I THEN HAD TO REORDER OVER THE INTERNET AND PAY EXTRA FOR EXPRSS SHIPPING AND THEN ALSO PAY MY STATES SALES TAXES. THE GIFT CARD COVERED ONLY 25 PERCENT OF THESE COSTS AND I WASTED ABOUT 2 HOURS.
