BabyCenter offers many unique items that you can't find anywhere else. They have a great selection. I love that you can have them e-mail you when an out-of-stock item arrives in their warehouse.
I have used this service, and they get the products quickly. They also have great sales, you just have to check every now and then. This is my most visited baby store for all my baby needs. Highly reccommend!

I have ordered from this site several times. They have a great selection of baby products that are hard to find in stores. They also have very frequent sales and free shipping offers. Every item I have received from them has been top quality and shipped in a timely manner. I found a dresser on this site for my baby's nursery that was on sale and $100 less than it would have been on the manufacturer's website. I will continue to shop from this site for both of my children.

Great store. I have ordered numerous times from Babycenter and have always had a good experience. Product selection is good, but popular items sometimes sell out quickly. They normally re-stock pretty quickly though. Lots of helpful customer reviews on almost all their products. Babycenter tends to only carry items that receive good ratings from customers, so the selection may not be huge, but what they do carry are products that are tried and tested by your everyday consumer. Items at Babycenter are almost all discounted off retail prices. There also frequent sales that give you an additional 10-15% off or free shipping offers. Babycenter processes order usually within 24-48 hours, so the turnaround is quick. I have always received my products in a timely manner. I have had to contact customer service a few times for replacements, defects and missed items and they have always been courteous and helpful.

This store was a portal to me for a while after I had my son. They have all the basic stuff. Their registry is easy to use although it has some improvements to be done. I had to deal with their Customer Support once when an item was delivered broken (literally). They were very helpful and quick to take care of the matter. Pricing may not be always competitive but they have coupons and free shipping all year with purchase over certain amount so I used to wait until my shopping list had enough items to get those discounts.

As a new mom, I have found BabyCenter to be a fantastic resource. They are always running a sale on something I need, and they have a wide selection of both everyday items and some more unusual, "boutiquey" things. Their sale prices on clothing, baby gear, and so many other things are tough to beat. They have a good selection of Carter's and Zutano clothing, for those interested in those lines. They also had the best price of anyone on the Internet for the car seat that I wanted. Their informational resources (message boards, articles, and so on) are also very helpful and are recommended.
