Do NOT order from this company if you have any expectation of receiving what you order. I fell for the low prices but was strung along by their customer service for more than 4 weeks (order shipped, placing a tracking request, shipped again, track again) until ultimately getting an email saying: "Unfortunately we are currently out of stock on the item(s) that you have ordered. Due to a warehouse error then (sic) item was believed to to in stock and shipped. We have discovered that error and corrected it. We are sorry but the item has been back ordered." This is not an isolated instance. Check Autopartsgiant (one word) on the Los Angeles BBB (la.bbb.org) and as of today there are 683 similar complaints and a BBB rating of F. Do a Google search and you will find many more problems.

Great prices, great selection, the checkout feature was the hardest. I had to reorder 3 times - it seems to be a glitch with the security features of their page and explorer pop-up blockers.
