Great Prices! No one can be the promos that HP runs love them love them. I would suggest buying all your ink from HP direct. Fast free overnight shipment is also a major plus.

I had checked both the Dell site and HP site. The HP site was much easier for me to navigate and create my custom desktop.
I received several rebates through HP and of course, the Mr. Rebates rebate which I promptly spent on shoes! Had a free shipping code and had ordered a couple of days before Christmas. Got everything before Christmas and was able to set it all up on Christmas Day.

Thought the customer service was great...only reason I didn't give it a higher rating is because there are times when the wait can be quite long.
Love the computer I got. I got rebates and also a free ink jet printer. There was a delay in my order however, but they made up for that with a gift certificate for a future purchase.
Overall, had a good experience.

My buying experience, as a whole, was satisfactory.
My experience with customer service, or lack thereof, was a disaster.
I made two separate phone calls and each time was told by a recording that my waiting time for a representative was about two minutes.
Neither time did anyone speak to me despite the fact that I waited fifteen minutes on the first occasion and ten minutes on the second occasion.
Ultimately, I was able to get the information I sought by navigating the web site.

Ordering my dv9000t notebook online was fast and easy. The promotions and discounts are awesome (free shipping, free printer, $150 instant rebate, $50 mail-in rebate). I compared this notebook to others with similar specs and found it was cheapest on HP.com.

They have great comparisons between the printers and computers. Makes it easy to decide what products you really want/need. They have super fast shipping. And shipping is free on ink supplies, even the hard to find ink refills. I will definitely continue to order from them in the future.

The HP Store had the hard-to-find toner cartridges that I couldn't find at other stores. They also have all the HP printers and good comparisons of all in case you haven't decided yet. Good selection, competitive prices and quick delivery -- what more could I ask for?
