They are not good about letting you track your orders. That is, they don't even give you any tracking info. You are clueless when anything shipped or even if the item(s) shipped at all. I had bought something for Christmas as a gift to someone, and it was not until the 2nd week of January before I got an email stating one of my items never shipped.

This is the first item I have ever ordered from this store. The have an unusual selection of toys that are sure to fascinate any child!
