I say "Buyer Beware" just like ordering from other shopping sites. As of late (2009) with ShopNBC, I have noticed the "switcheroo" on pricing, i.e. "sale" prices that have INCREASED rather than decreased. I monitor specific items, just like in brick-n-mortar, so I have noticed these changes and have called CS on them, upon which I have received a "non-answer". Also watch for price drops after a purchase - but w/in 30days of purchase. CS has been helpful in price adjustment in these cases.
ShopNBC is no longer the "luxury" shopping experience it once was (touted to be), but is a little bit above the other TV shopping channels, just barely though. What is saving it this year for me is the "value shipping" - one ship price for an entire order, no matter how many times you order throughout the day. Now...if only they would keep enough stock in advertised/shown items - - it would might actually work.

My very first purchase experience with Shop NBC was great. I was completely shocked at how fast my order arrived to me. It was not even a full 2 days since I placed the order when I received the package! It was great! My item is perfect, and I am able to take advantage of their montly payments with zero interest. Can't get better than that! I just wish Shop NBC would carry more of a variety of products in general.

ShopNBC has the most beautiful, couture jewelry of the three major shopping channels. They offer pieces that are very reasonable to very expensive. The Pamela McCoy fashion line is another favorite of mine. She's got some great outwear at great prices. They're expanding their product offerings as of late, and I'm happy to see that.

I tried ordering a few items from ShopNBC, mostly skincare items. The few times I tried, the items either sold out quickly or my order was canceled the next day, as they had taken too many orders. Customer service was not able to help resolve an ordering issue to my satisfaction.

Love this site! BEAUTIFUL merchandise. However, I didn't like that I wasn't given a 30 dollar credit on an item because I didn't call and inform them within 15 days even though it was reduced like 10 days after I bought it. Most other shopping sites give you 30 and you don't even have to call.

I have ordered mostly jewelry items and some Pam McCoy fashions from this store. They do carry beautiful, unusual, high-end jewelry items that I haven't found anywhere else. Love some of their high-end designers, like Sonia B, Bev Hills Elegance and several others. You do have to watch prices, though. Sometimes their close-out or sale price is higher than it might have been a couple weeks earlier. They play the game of raising and lowering prices, but still try to make you think that this is the "best" or "lowest" price ever...not so much of the time. I haven't had any trouble with customer service, though they are usually slow on crediting returns. I've returned many jewelry items that did not live up to my expectations, without problems. I do think their CS is improving. And they offer easy-pay on everything, which is a plus.

I have found some wonderful watches and jewelry at shopnbc. I wait for "clearance" prices and use coupons from Mr. Rebates to get the best deals. If the item price is lowered within 30 days, you can call and get a credit. I did this for 4 or 5 purchases and was credited quickly. Love that!
Customer Service has been very good for me. I purchased two items before I realized there were coupons out here. I called Customer Service and they deducted the coupon amounts after the fact! Who else is willing to do that? Returns are easy BUT it does take a few weeks to for the credit to show on your credit card. They have been very accomodating and helpful. LOVE the quality of the products, especially Invicta watches and SoHo jewelry.

During Isomers Anniversary Show, the website was not able to handle the orders. Big turnoff for any future ordering. Also for a 10th Anniversary I would`ve expected a wider range of product selection to introduce to new customers. Very disappointing experience.

Overall, ShopNBC is a wonderful site and their product selection is competitive with any other home shopping channel. I've mainly purchased jewelry from their website and have gotten great deals. My best purchase was a $99 reversible omega I've had for 5 years and it's a staple in my wardrobe. Many times they will discount shipping on multiple purchases which is something many other sites don't do. If you plan it right, you can score free S&H.
Customer service can be lacking at times but with a bit of persistence, problems can be resolved.
The site is worth checking out. You're sure to find something you need and/or want for a pretty good price.

Watch how much you pay - they often claim to have the lowest prices such as a recent watch newsletter - they often do not!
Most of the online hosts are not informed about the products they tout - and are basically "barkers" and often misrepresent.
Their customer service representatives., by and large, have no clue.
Be careful - the NBC brand provides a false sense of security for the customer.

I have ordered several jewelry items from ShopNBC. Their shipping is quick, but a large percent of the items I have sent back. Either they had a defect or were just not what I expected as far as the quality. I applied for one of their credit cards and that was a big mistake. You cannot pay online, only by phone, which has a high fee, or by mail. Twice I have made my payment by mail, sending it in at least a week before the due date, and I have received a late fee, my statement shows that my payment was processed one day after the due date. I am paying this one off as fast as I can and then canceling the store card. I simply don't like how they do business.

One of my favorite places to buy jewelry and Pam McCoy coats. Their gold and gemstone jewelry is far superior to the other channels. However, their prices aren't as good as they used to be. I have been shopping with them for 7 or more years and have had no problems with customer service.
