This is the best site for luggage! The customer service folks are so nice and accomodating. The selection of products and the price match guarantee is great. I can't wait to shop from them again. I am going to always get my luggage from this site.

I noticed I had made a mistake after I placed the order so I called customer service. They fixed the problem immediately and sent a confirming email.
They did a great job, the price was the best, and I'm very pleased with the way they do business.
