HSN is my first choice for the Andrew Lessman vitamins. I purchased a few times, and had very great sucess with them. The shipping from HSN is very fast, and I love that they send me an email when the order ships with the tracking number. I have needed to return things to HSN previously as well, and I had no problems with that either. They just accepted the refund and sent me the money back to my credit card. I would not ever hesitate to shop at HSN at any time! They are great!

I really like HSN fashion, shoes and handbags. They offer a younger, trendier selection than QVC or ShopNBC. They've got some great jewelry, too but I feel their fine jewelry is overpriced. Customer service is great, and they're shipping and exchanges are pretty fast.

HSN is one of the best (if not the best) TV shopping channel out there. They have well-priced costume jewelry from very talented designers (such as Victoria Wieck), and their clothing, while it can be hit and miss because of the sizing, can turn out some nice designs and great deals (my favorite is Terry Lewis for her classic designs, which are impossible to find in any store or catalog nowadays).
I also enjoy their beauty products (Wei East, Italian Beauty, Signature Club A), although they can be pretty pricey because the best values are in sets. The shipping cost is always an issue with any home shopping channel, so that has to be factored into any decision. The best part about HSN is the ease of returning products, although the customer is responsible for the return postage. I use either the post office, USPS at home service (for priority mail) or their return shipping label ($6.95 under 5 pounds, $8.95 above 5 pounds), and can return multiple items in one box for one shipping price. The refunds show up within a week.

I love shopping as HSN. I should own stock in the company if there was such a thing (ha ha). I buy stuff from there pretty much on a daily to weekly basis so I'm always finding things that I like. Their prices are pretty good. I like buying their fashions and their beauty products.
The one thing that I don't like about HSN is the shipping. They charge shipping based on each individual product so if you are like me it gets rather costly. They do give you 1/2 price shipping on each purchase after the 1st on all beauty and fashion purchases but it still adds up rather quickly. I sometimes have to pay $40 to ship 6 items of clothing when you know it only costs them around $12 to $18.
Other than that I love HSN.

Overall, I'm very happy with HSN, especially the way they have increased their crafts and scrapbook department since Suzanne Runyun came on board. I'm
pleased that they offer coupons and incentives through rebate programs like
Mr. Rebates. Prices and selection are better than what I can find locally. I shop
with HSN a lot more now than I used to.

I've had nothing but good experiences at HSN, although I buy mostly cosmetics from them. Their customer service is highly responsive, and ordering is easy. And they frequently have great coupons on their site, or through Mr. Rebates. I wish they had a better selection of designer jewelry, particularly in silver, because they're lacking in that area. But their shipping policies are good, and better than a lot of other places.

I love HSN. If you are a first time customer, check to see if you can use a coupon for an additional 15% off. I did and boy was the price amazing. I bought some Ribs and they were shipped out and arrived within 4 days. I would recommend HSN to everyone.

I'm a long-time HSN shopper, and although I don't buy from them very frequently anymore, I have to admit they have some unusual items, great clearance sales, and the customer service is very good. They're great about crediting your account if an item goes down in price, offer Flexpay on most items (which is appreciated), and a pretty good selection of merchandise that you won't find just anywhere. My one complaint is, if you order something from your wish list, you will NOT earn a rebate on it. This is something I learned when my rebate didn't appear on my account and I questioned it.

HSN makes ordering easy, never have to leave home. Pricing, especially when items are on "special" cannot be beat. I wish the S&H were a little bit cheaper, but I realize postage costs are going up.

HSN.com is a site I go to quite often to find a great selection of cosmetics and items for the home too. Selection is great, and I appreciate the sale and event prices as well. Love it when they feature a game to play on their site with a good chance to win coupons. Also watch quite often on TV. Thanks HSN!

I shop at HSN quite often and have been very satisfied with the majority of my purchases. When I wasn't, it was easy to return the item and get full credit within the 30 day trial period. The newly updated Web site is easy to use and provides everything I need to know about a product either in print or with videos.

My experiece with HSN has been wonderful, thanks to Mr.Rebates and your generous Rebate Program I love more than any other. Everytime I've clicked thru from Mr.Rebates to HSN & shop, the process is so very easy & I always receive my order in only 2-3 days at the most, which is outstanding. Of the few items I wanted that were out of stock, they have always been restocked in much less allotted time of 45 days. I will continue to shop with HSN for many years to come. Shipping & handling charges are higher than others. With the exception of clothing, there is not information as to over all size and weight. It would also be helpful, in checking for recalls, if the country of origin was shown. Otherwise, items ship in reasonable amount of time and it is easy to track delivery times.
