I ordered a supply of Kodak photo paper from this merchant. It was a buy one, get one free promotion. I saved a bundle and earned the cash-back from Mr. Rebates, too. I had trouble placing the order. I misunderstood the instructions for ordering. I immediately emailed customer service and they were so very helpful. Even though I had messed up the ordering, they still honored the promo and even apologized for the unclear instructions. In just a few days, I had my paper. I was very happy with this merchant and their promo. I will be taking advantage of their next photo paper promo. Thanks, Kodak and Mr. Rebates for the great deals.
