I only shop there if you have a good promotion. Slow shipping and bad customer service. If you use Goggle checkout, they don't even provide you a tracking number for your order.

Overall, a good experience. Processing was slow thus delaying shipment. I’ve purchased a variety of products through them including car speakers. Pricing was fair.

I ordered three lenses filters for my Digital Rebel XT. Ritz had a excellent 30% off sale that I took advantage of. It was easy to purchase the items online and you don't need to make a profile if you don't want to. The lenses arrived on time and were packaged appropriately. The store has lots of items and was cheaper than the other camera stores or Amazon.com.
