Great products, though a bit on the spendy side. I found a terrific gift for my (adult) niece. She loved it, and I loved having a coupon for free shipping. I love their stuff.

L'Occitane products are luxurious & a real treat. Purchasing from L'Occitane online isn't as great as purchasing in-store however. Their website is a bit slow & seems to need re-vamping. The main disappointment for me is their customer service. E-mails are rarely returned & when they are returned, it seems as if the CSR does not address your problem -- almost as if they haven't read your e-mail at all.
Other than that, I have shopped & still do shop at L'Occitane on-line. I've always received my items & haven't had any big problems to deal with. I shudder to think what would happen if I received a botched order. One situation was a coupon code that would not register when I tried to check out. I contacted their customer service three times trying to ask about this problem & was never answered. I finally gave up.
Low marks for customer service. Overall, it's still a wonderful store with heavenly products to pamper yourself with. Three free samples with every purchase is an added bonus.
