Esprit has some great sales online much better than the stores. The free return policy is great, although it does take some for it to go through. Overall, very cute clothes and good prices.

Great customer service, easy ordering, fast shipping, and easy returns. My only complaints are the selection in sizes for shoes (usually nothing over 9-9.5) and the quality of shoes and accessories for the price. The handbags and shoes are usually not leather, but certainly have the price of it. On the flip side, Esprit often has good sales and promotions, which makes their items affordable and a reasonable buy (once they go on sale).

There seems to be a problem with their shipping and handling price structure that doesn't quite make sense, especially when sale items are involved.
Other than that, I think they have a good selection. I also think their prices are reasonable.

They have extremely great deals in their clearance. Always find really cheap stuff. Their sizing is not true to size. I wear size M in most brands but for some reason I can't fit M when I ordered them. Customer service and shipping is a disappointment with Espirit. Other than that, everything else is good.

I love their clothes. But I believe this brand is based in Europe or somewhere where people are “smaller”.
All the clothes I bought (size L) were way too small for me. I had to return and re-buy in bigger sizes.
Some of the shirts I bought in size L looked more like an S or really small M.
