About the fee.
They call it a "processing fee" and it doesn't show up until you ordered the item.
They are pretty much stealing $2 from you since they don't tell you about it until after you order.

This was my first time ordering from Vision Direct, and it certainly won’t be the last time if they continue to offer such good deals. The abundance of Vision Direct coupons available, free shipping ($99+ orders), and cash back from Mr. Rebates makes a deal that’s hard to beat. Incredibly, my order was shipped the same day! The only negative was the $1.99 processing fee, which wasn’t disclosed until after my order was submitted. Otherwise, it was a perfect transaction. I’m glad I made the switch from 1-800 CONTACTS!

This is a great site for ordering contacts. The prices for contacts are much cheaper than eye doctor's offices. Vision Direct has become the only place I order my contacts from. They also have great coupons most of the time. I highly recommend this site!!!

I was very happy with this transaction. Site is easy to use, and offered a fair price (especially after rebate). Also, I was very impressed with the speed of delivery. I had my contacts within three days using their free delivery option.

Vision Direct is a great place to buy contacts.
Their prices are good. I wish they had more coupons, but they do have them from time to time.
They have just about every contact brand out there.
Their checkout process is simple, and their shipping is quick.

I've been ordering from VisionDirect for several years. Every time, there is some kind of a coupon code for them and you also get a % back through Mr. Rebates. I have had no problems. Products are great and shipping was prompt. They even have a Flexible Spending Account type of invoice which you can print out and submit to your FSA provider. They recently started charging a processing fee ($.95) though. But overall, will definitely come back.

This store offers the lowest price on contact lenses I've seen on the web. My lens purchase had a rebate and all the forms I needed were included in my delivery. Items were shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition.
